- 01Send the flight and route
Choose Airport transfer in the form. Add your arriving or departing flight, airport, passenger and baggage counts, and the full pickup and destination addresses. Use Other notes for a terminal or private aviation FBO.
- 02Check the written pickup plan
Before travelling, make sure your confirmation identifies the meeting location, contact instructions, and any waiting or meet-and-greet charge. Selecting meet and greet is a request; the arrangement must be confirmed.
- 03Call when plans change
For a changed flight, missed connection, or difficulty locating your pickup, call 437 298 1591. Do not assume a changed flight automatically changes the agreed reservation.
