This page explains how website requests are handled. Trip-specific pricing, cancellation, waiting, no-show, change, and payment terms are provided before a reservation is confirmed.
Submitting the website form does not create a confirmed reservation. Empire Drivers Inc. must review availability and send or communicate confirmation. A request reference acknowledges receipt by the website only.
Provide accurate contact, passenger, route, timing, flight, luggage, and special-requirement information. Do not submit payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
The quote or confirmation supplied for your trip will identify the agreed service, vehicle category or vehicle, price, applicable taxes and fees, payment requirements, and any cancellation, waiting-time, delay, change, or no-show conditions. Those trip-specific terms control the reservation.
Vehicle requests, amenities, child seating, accessibility requirements, luggage capacity, extra stops, flight-related arrangements, and special assistance are not guaranteed until expressly confirmed.
We count booking-page visits, booking and call button clicks, completed form steps, saved requests, and notification outcomes to understand where the website needs improvement. These usage counters store only the day, page path, event type, and total count. They do not store names, contact details, trip addresses, IP addresses, or a visitor identifier, and they do not set tracking cookies. Hosting providers may separately process technical logs.
The booking form collects the information you submit—such as name, phone, email, itinerary, passenger details, flight information, and special requests—so Empire Drivers Inc. can review, quote, coordinate, and follow up on your request.
Your private ride link provides access to your itinerary, quotes, acceptance history, payment status, and released chauffeur details. Keep it private. Anyone holding the link can view your ride and respond to your quote. Contact Empire if the link has been shared unintentionally. The ride page does not store payment-card details. Secure payment pages are operated by the payment provider.
Booking requests are stored by the website service and made available for the business workflow. Information may also be handled by hosting, communications, and service providers needed to operate the site and respond to you. Do not include information that is not necessary for your transportation request.
